Kenny Donovan

Kenny Donovan is a music composer for film, television, video games, and podcasts. His music combines a driving Hollywood orchestral sound with modern production inspired by his background as a bass player in punk bands. Kenny graduated with a BFA in Music Scoring and Composition for Visual Media from Academy of Art, where he mentored under award-winning composer, arranger, and pianist Jason Martineau. In 2023, driven by his passion for making music and desire to continuously grow as a composer, he returned to the Academy of Art to pursue his MA and continue his studies in Music Scoring and Composition. He is expected to Graduate in Spring 2025. Kenny is currently wrapping up his score for a short horror film titled UnVexed which will premiere at the end of June 2025.
